• Severe maxillary retrognathia
• Asymmetrical mandibular prognathism
• Nasal airway obstruction secondary to inferior turbinate hypertrophy
• Impacted maxillary wisdom teeth
• Unilateral left-sided crossbite
• Difficulty talking, chewing and eating
• Hypernasal speech

Surgical Procedures Performed:

• Right sagittal split ramus osteotomies to set-back the lower jaw and alleviate facial asymmetry
• Maxillary Le Fort I (multiple-piece) osteotomy to advance the upper jaw
• Bilateral partial inferior turbinectomies
• Extraction of maxillary impacted wisdom teeth
