Nasal airway obstruction secondary to inferior turbinate hypertrophy
Increased vertical height of chin
Difficulty in closing her lips together

Bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomies to advance the lower jaw
Vertical reduction of chin and advancement to improve soft tissue profile
Maxillary Le Fort I (multiple-piece) osteotomy to advance the upper jaw and close the anterior open bite
Partial bilateral inferior turbinectomies to improve nasal airway
